How it works

1. SUBMIT YOUR REQUEST

Complete the form with your order details and let us know what you would like to return or exchange.

2. WE’LL SEND YOU INSTRUCTIONS

Once your request has been reviewed, you’ll receive an email with the return instructions and return address.

3. SEND IT BACK

Pack your item(s) securely and send your return according to the instructions provided by our team.

4. REFUND OR EXCHANGE

Once your return has been received and checked, we’ll process your refund or arrange your exchange.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Items must be unworn, unused, clean and returned in their original condition with all original tags attached.

Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, stains, perfume, make-up or other signs of use may not be accepted.
